We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling Off Period (EU)
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds cover the item price only. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
